WARRANTY INFORMATION

TEE TREE watches are designed to withstand the most demanding conditions and in accordance with accepted international standards.

Your TEE TREE watch is backed by a comprehensive 2-year Warranty from date of purchase. Warranty covers repairs due to failure or breakdown of the movement and all its components, as well as the crown, dial, markers, hands and water resistant pressure. It does not cover scratches to the crystal, case, metal band, or any damage that results from normal wear and tear. Man-made damage is not covered by the warranty.

If your watch is not functioning properly, despite our rigorous adherence to quality control, simply send it back to us for repair. Please note: every watch sent in for service is thoroughly inspected for defects in craftsmanship, material damage, movement-related irregularities, as well as other factors that could impact overall appearance and/or

performance of the watch. If, for any reason, your watch cannot be repaired because of market availability or key components, TEE TREE WATCHES reserves the right to exchange for a product of equal or higher value.

Return policy

All product(s) can be returned within 35 days of the purchase date.

Any product that needs to be returned must be unused and not worn. It must be in its original package with all contents returned.

Note that If you are wanting to return a product(s) you will be subject for returning shipping cost and would ask for tracking to be applied to make sure no packages get lost.

If your watch is out of warranty and is in need of repair, you can return it at a repair and shipping cost
